Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain or spinal cord (leptomeningeal metastases)
- Your leptomeningeal disease has gotten worse after standard treatment
- You are expected to live at least 1 more month
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within safe ranges
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, and agree to use birth control during and after the study
