Who can take part

  • Diagnosis of LCH confirmed by biopsy with specific markers.
  • Age between 1 and 17 years old.
  • LCH is refractory (not responding) or recurrent (came back after treatment).
  • Good general health (ECOG score 0-1 or Lansky/Karnofsky score at least 50%).
  • Adequate organ function (heart, kidney, liver, bone marrow, and oxygen levels).
  • Signed consent from patient or legal guardian.
