Who can take part
- You are a child or teenager aged 0 to 18 years.
- You have been diagnosed with LCH (confirmed by a biopsy showing CD1a or CD207 markers) and have not received any prior LCH treatment.
- Your LCH involves one or more bones in the same system, or a single bone in high-risk areas like the face, ears, or mouth, or a single spine bone with a growth pressing on the spinal cord.
- You do not have other serious health problems like heart failure, kidney disease, hepatitis, HIV, or a second cancer.
- You do not have certain MEK gene mutations in your LCH cells, which may require a genetic test.
- You are willing to sign a consent form and follow the study plan.
