Who can take part

  • You must be an athlete in a sport that uses short, intense energy bursts (like cycling, running, triathlon, crossfit, spinning, or duathlon).
  • You must be a registered athlete and train at least 4 days a week.
  • You must currently compete in regional, national, or international events.
  • You cannot have a sports injury that would keep you from doing the test.
  • You cannot have received this specific electric therapy (CRET) before.
  • You cannot be allergic to the conductive cream used in the therapy, or be on certain medications that could interfere with results.
