This study tests if the drug dapagliflozin helps people with long COVID symptoms. You may join if you are 18 or older, had a confirmed COVID-19 infection, and have had new or ongoing symptoms for at least 12 weeks after infection that last at least 8 weeks.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You had a positive COVID-19 test or a doctor told you had COVID-19
- You have new or persistent symptoms that started at least 12 weeks after your COVID-19 infection and have lasted for at least 8 weeks
- You do not have diabetes, heart failure, or severe kidney disease
- You are not pregnant or planning pregnancy in the next 12 months, and if you could become pregnant, you are willing to use effective birth control
- You are not currently taking weight loss drugs like liraglutide or semaglutide
