  • You are between 18 and 59 years old
  • You have a jaw misalignment affecting both the upper and lower parts of your face
  • You are generally healthy and cleared for surgery by the doctor
  • You have not had jaw surgery before or certain medications like blood thinners or bisphosphonates
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and can maintain good oral hygiene
