Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You had a specific type of heart attack called an anterior STEMI within the last 6 hours before balloon treatment
- The blocked artery was in the front of your heart (LAD artery)
- Your doctor placed a stent at least 2.75 mm wide and 15 mm long during the procedure
- You are willing to have an MRI scan with contrast dye, and have no metal implants or other reasons you cannot have an MRI
