Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery, and standard treatments are no longer working or you can't take them.
  • You are willing to provide tumor tissue samples and have scans to measure your cancer.
  • You can take pills by mouth and keep a daily record of taking the study drug.
  • You must use effective birth control if you or your partner can become pregnant.
