Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 69 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with lupus, scleroderma, or inflammatory myositis by a specialist.
  • Your heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, and blood counts are working well enough.
  • You have not had a previous treatment targeting CD19 or any gene/cell therapy before.
  • You do not have an active serious infection or cancer in the last 5 years (except low-risk cancers).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use birth control if needed.
