Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have advanced or metastatic HR+/HER2- breast cancer that cannot be cured with surgery or radiation.
  • You have already received at least one line of hormone therapy combined with a CDK4/6 inhibitor, but not more than two lines of treatment for advanced disease.
  • You have not previously taken any drugs that target the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway, fulvestrant, or other experimental estrogen-blocking drugs.
  • You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself) and have adequate organ function.
  • You are willing to provide a tumor or blood sample for testing, or your doctor agrees you can join without it.
