Who can take part

  • You must be a male professional ice hockey player, at least 18 and no older than 30.
  • You should have at least 3 years of consistent professional-level training.
  • No major injuries or illnesses in the past 3 months.
  • You must be able to follow all study procedures, including scheduled training and tests.
  • No current use of performance-affecting medications or supplements.
  • You cannot be in another hypoxic training study or have a history of altitude sickness.
