Who can take part
- You have a diagnosis of heart failure or a recent hospitalization for heart failure.
- Your heart's ejection fraction (pumping strength) is above 50%.
- You have evidence of high pressure in the left side of your heart during exercise.
- Your BMI is over 32, and you are eligible for intensive weight loss treatments like certain diabetes medications.
- You have not taken incretin-based drugs (like SGLT2 or GLP-1) in the past 6 months.
- You are 45 years or older.
