Who can take part

  • You must be between 0 and 29 years old.
  • Your leukemia or lymphoma must have returned at least twice, or returned after a stem cell transplant, or not responded to chemotherapy.
  • At least 90% of your cancer cells must have the CD7 protein (a marker on the cell surface).
  • You must have a stem cell donor identified and be eligible for a stem cell transplant after this treatment.
  • Your organs (kidneys, liver, lungs, heart) must be working well enough based on blood tests and scans.
  • You cannot have certain active infections, serious heart problems, or active graft-versus-host disease needing strong immune-suppressing drugs.
