Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your head and neck cancer has come back or spread, cannot be surgically removed, and is not caused by HPV.
- You have already tried a PD-1 immunotherapy (like Keytruda or Opdivo) and it stopped working, and it's been at least 4 weeks since your last dose.
- You have not been treated with cetuximab or similar EGFR-targeted drugs before.
- You are in generally good health (ECOG score 0 or 1) with adequate organ function.
