Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have high blood pressure (home readings of 135/85 or higher) and are either untreated or on 1–2 blood pressure medicines
  • You are willing to take blood pressure medication remotely if needed
  • You can check your blood pressure at home for 12 weeks
  • You are willing to do telehealth visits and have blood tests
  • You are not on 3 or more blood pressure medicines, and your blood pressure is not too high (varies by how many medicines you take)
