  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with high blood pressure (systolic reading of 140 or higher, or diastolic reading of 90 or higher).
  • You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to join the study.
  • You do not have other serious conditions like diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, or a history of stroke or heart attack.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
  • You are not currently taking part in any other clinical trial.
