Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with LADA (latent autoimmune diabetes in adults), meaning you were diagnosed after age 18, have positive islet antibodies, and did not need insulin right away.
- You are comfortable using an insulin pump and a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and can learn to operate them.
- Your recent HbA1c (average blood sugar) is above 7.0%, or above 6.0% with low blood sugar episodes.
- You are willing to participate and sign a consent form.
