  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have a rotator cuff tear in one shoulder.
  • You are willing to take part in the study.
  • You do not have other shoulder problems like fractures, severe arthritis, or frozen shoulder.
  • You have not had steroid injections or physical therapy for your shoulder in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have a history of shoulder surgery or certain inflammatory diseases.
