Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer.
  • Your cancer is considered high-risk based on standard guidelines (for example, a high PSA level or a higher grade group).
  • A PET scan shows your cancer hasn't spread to lymph nodes or other organs.
  • You have a good performance status (able to take care of yourself).
  • Your prostate is not too large (less than about 100 cc) and your urinary symptoms are not severe.
