Testing CTX-712 for AML or high-risk MDS after prior treatment

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have a diagnosis of AML, higher-risk MDS, or a related marrow condition with many immature cells (high blast).
  • You have had 1 to 4 earlier treatments (fewer may be allowed for some study groups).
  • Your blood and organ tests must be strong enough (kidney, liver, and certain blood counts).
  • You can carry out daily activities at a limited level or better (performance status 0–2).
  • If you can become pregnant or have a partner who can, you must use very reliable birth control and follow pregnancy-testing rules during the study and for about 4 months after the last dose.
