Who can take part

  • You must have a type of blood cancer called AML, high-risk MDS, or CMML that has come back or not responded to treatment.
  • You must have a specific genetic marker called HLA-A*02:01 (your doctor can test for this).
  • Your white blood cell count must be below 25,000 per microliter at the start of the study.
  • You need to be generally active and able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0-1 or Karnofsky/Lansky 70 or higher).
  • You must wait at least 60 days after a stem cell transplant, and other cancer treatments must be stopped for a period before joining.
