Who can take part
- You must have advanced lung cancer or esophageal squamous cell cancer that has not gotten better with standard treatments.
- You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan and has not been treated with radiation or other local therapies.
- You should be in fairly good health, able to take care of yourself, and have an expected survival of more than 3 months.
- You must have adequate blood cell counts and organ function, and no major health issues like uncontrolled infections, autoimmune diseases, or heart problems.
- You cannot have had other cancer treatments within 28 days before starting this study, and any side effects from past treatments must have mostly gone away.
