Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have acute leukemia that is in complete remission with no minimal residual disease (no cancer cells found by sensitive tests).
  • You are generally well enough to undergo stem cell collection (ECOG score less than 2).
  • You do not have active infections or severe organ problems.
  • You have not had a blood clot in the past or severe allergic reaction to rhTPO.
