  • 18 years or older and diagnosed with MS or a first attack (CIS) using the 2017 McDonald criteria
  • No other autoimmune disease or cancer now or within the past year
  • No antibiotics, NSAIDs (like ibuprofen), or steroids in the last month
  • No vaccines in the last month
  • For women: not currently on your period
