Who can take part
- You have had coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery
- After surgery, you have symptoms that traditional Chinese medicine calls 'Qi-Yin deficiency' (this may include fatigue, dry mouth, or a weak pulse)
- You are not allergic to any of the ingredients in the Fuzheng Yangxin Fang herbal granules
- You do not have a fever or cold right after surgery
- You do not have severe liver or kidney problems
- You have not had any other heart surgeries (like valve repair) along with the bypass
