Who can take part
- You must have been diagnosed with IgA nephropathy through a kidney biopsy.
- Your kidney biopsy must show signs of ongoing immune system activity (C3 complement) within the last 3 years, or you must be willing to have a new biopsy.
- You need to have significant protein in your urine (at least 0.75 g/g UPCR or 1 g in 24 hours).
- Your kidney function (eGFR) must be 30 mL/min/1.73m² or higher.
- Your blood pressure must be controlled (systolic ≤ 140 mmHg and diastolic ≤ 90 mmHg).
- You must not have certain other diseases like autoimmune disorders, cancer, or serious infections.
