Who can take part

  • You have chest pain or other signs of low blood flow to the heart, but your arteries are not blocked (INOCA).
  • You have blocked arteries in your heart (obstructive coronary artery disease) or no known heart disease.
  • Your heart's pumping ability (ejection fraction) is 55% or higher.
  • You have not had a heart attack or a procedure to open heart arteries (stent or bypass surgery) in the past.
  • Your blood pressure is not too high (systolic above 180) or too low (systolic below 80).
  • You do not have atrial fibrillation, a severe heart block, or other serious medical conditions like kidney failure (GFR below 50).
