Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have had or will have spine surgery using NPM in your neck or lower back
- At least half of the bone graft material used in your surgery is NPM
- You are willing to sign a consent form to join the study
- You are not using certain other bone graft products (like INFUSE or iFactor)
- You do not have a major spinal curve (greater than 20 degrees) or a broken vertebra at the treated level
