  • You are 18 years old or older and your bones are fully grown (skeletally mature)
  • You had spine surgery in the neck or lower back using Titania implants and/or BONEGRAFT materials
  • You are in good enough health that surgery was safe for you
  • You can follow post-surgery care instructions and attend follow-up visits
  • You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study
  • You are not currently enrolled in another clinical trial involving an experimental treatment
