This study tests whether a gentle magnetic device placed on the head (transcranial static magnetic stimulation) can reduce chorea (involuntary movements) in people with Huntington's disease. You'll keep your usual medications during the study.

Who can take part
- You have been genetically confirmed to have Huntington's disease (with 36 or more CAG repeats).
- You have moderate or higher chorea (involuntary movements) that a doctor rates at least 10 on a special scale.
- You have not changed any of your medications in the last 8 weeks, and you agree not to change them during the study.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have no metal implants or devices that could be affected by magnetic fields.
