Who can take part
- You have a confirmed Huntington’s disease gene change, or a strong family history plus typical Huntington’s symptoms (like chorea)
- Your Huntington’s stage is early (stage 1–2) or moderate (stage 3)
- You have mild-to-moderate behavioral symptoms (no symptom rated as severe)
- Your medications have been at the same stable doses for at least 1 month
- A caregiver can be with you during the at-home sessions and help answer questionnaires
- You do NOT have epilepsy, a recent suicide risk, or major thinking problems like dementia
