Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 25 or higher.
  • Your waist is wider than 88 cm (about 34.6 inches).
  • Your waist-to-hip ratio is greater than 0.8.
  • You are able to read and understand basic information and are willing to give consent.
  • You do not have any condition that makes balance difficult, you have not had surgery in the last 6 months, and you are not currently on a special diet or exercising regularly.
