Who can take part

  • You were diagnosed with fibrosing mediastinitis between November 2024 and November 2026.
  • You are between 18 and 85 years old.
  • You have symptoms like chest tightness, shortness of breath, or trouble exercising.
  • Your CT scan shows that enlarged lymph nodes in your chest are pressing on your lung artery, and you have high blood pressure in your lungs (pulmonary hypertension) that matches your symptoms.
  • You can sign a consent form and are willing to follow the study plan and come back for checkups for one year.
