Who can take part

  • You have a new or returning case of a type of vasculitis called GPA or MPA, with a positive blood test for MPO or PR3 antibodies.
  • Your kidneys are severely involved, shown by a low kidney function test (eGFR less than 40) and either a kidney biopsy with certain changes or blood in your urine with abnormal red blood cell shapes.
  • You haven't been on dialysis for more than 21 days just before the trial starts, and you haven't had a kidney transplant.
  • You are at least 18 years old and not pregnant at the screening visit.
  • You haven't received more than one IV dose or 14 days of certain strong treatments (like cyclophosphamide or high-dose steroids) in the month before the trial.
