Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have GPA that is newly diagnosed or has come back.
- Your GPA symptoms are active right now and can be clearly linked to GPA.
- Standard treatment so far (steroids plus cyclophosphamide and/or steroids plus rituximab) did not work well enough after about 12 weeks.
- You have been on a steady steroid dose (at least 7.5 mg/day prednisone-equivalent) for the last month, unless your doctor gave brief steroid “pulses” for severity.
- If you were taking standard arthritis-type medicines (cDMARDs), the dose has been steady for the last month.
- You can understand the study, sign consent, and attend required visits.
