  • You are 18 years or older
  • You live in one of the selected communities (Peru or similar low- or middle-income country)
  • You have used health services in the last 3 months
  • You can listen to radio programs or other audio materials
  • You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or neurocysticercosis (a parasitic brain infection) - OR you have not been diagnosed with these conditions and the study is looking for a comparison group
