Who can take part
- You must have a lab-confirmed infection with drug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria.
- You must be willing to take the new tetracycline drug for at least 72 hours (3 days).

- You cannot have an advanced cancer, severe immune deficiency or mental illness, severe liver or kidney problems, or be pregnant or breastfeeding.
