Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis (a curved spine with no known cause) at your first clinic visit.
- Your bones are still growing (Risser sign 0-3, meaning you haven't reached full skeletal maturity).
- Your spine curve (Cobb angle) is between 11 and 40 degrees.
- You are between 6 and 17 years old.
- You have no other spine problems, previous spine surgery, serious leg length difference, or plans to move away in the next two years.
