Part of Brain & nervous system, Cancer, Genetic & congenital, Hormones & metabolism, Skin, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This trial tests an experimental drug called ETX-636 in people whose cancer has a specific gene change (PIK3CA mutation) and has not responded to at least one prior treatment. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or stop them from growing.
