Who can take part
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (stage IV) that is either squamous or non-squamous type.
- You must have a tumor sample (from a previous biopsy or new one) available for testing.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (at least 1 cm wide).
- Your doctor thinks you are likely to live at least 12 more weeks.
- Your organs (like kidneys, liver, bone marrow) must be working well enough.
- You have not had certain targeted therapies for specific gene changes (like EGFR or ALK) or certain types of immunotherapy before.
- You do not have active autoimmune disease, serious infections, or uncontrolled heart conditions.
- You have not had prior stem cell or organ transplant.
- You do not have untreated or growing brain tumors.
- For part of the study, your PD-L1 level must be at least 1%, and you must weigh at least 30 kg.
