Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery and has spread to other parts of your body.
- Your cancer has a specific change called HER2-positive (doctors can test for this).
- Your cancer does not have a BRAF V600E mutation.
- You have already tried and failed treatment with oxaliplatin, 5-FU (or capecitabine), and irinotecan.
- You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities) and have adequate organ function.
