Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a diagnosis of possible or probable Corticobasal Syndrome (CBS).
  • You must be able to have an MRI scan without any metal implants, pacemaker, or severe claustrophobia.
  • You cannot have a known mutation in the progranulin gene.
  • You cannot have received anti-amyloid beta therapy before.
  • You cannot be taking daily anti-inflammatory medications (like NSAIDs or corticosteroids).
