Who can take part
- You must be 19 years or older
- You must have had a specific type of heart attack called NSTEMI
- You must have new or worsening shortness of breath (NYHA class 2 or more)
- You must have fluid build-up in the lungs (pulmonary congestion)
- You must not be in cardiogenic shock when starting the study
- You must not have a planned or previous heart bypass surgery (CABG)
