Who can take part

  • You have discomfort in your legs, feet, or hips.
  • You can walk on your own for at least 30 minutes.
  • You can run on your own for at least 10 minutes.
  • You do not have a major foot deformity or recent leg injury.
  • You do not have a movement or nerve condition that affects how you walk.
