Who can take part

  • You have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) with high-risk features.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your leukemia is in complete remission and has no detectable cancer cells (MRD-negative).
  • You have a suitable stem cell donor (sibling, family member, or unrelated donor).
  • Your heart, liver, and kidneys are working well enough.
  • You have not had blinatumomab or CAR T-cell therapy before.
