Who can take part
- You must have colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (stage IV) and cannot be removed with surgery.
- Your tumor must have no mutations in the RAS or BRAF genes (called 'wild-type'). This will be confirmed by a blood test.
- You cannot have had chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer, except for maybe 2 cycles of FOLFIRI before joining.
- You need to be in generally good health (able to do normal activities, with good kidney, liver, and blood counts).
- You must be 18 or older and willing to use effective birth control during and for a while after treatment.
