Pseudoxanthoma ElasticumTomography, Optical CoherenceRetinal Disease

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Eyes & vision, Genetic & congenital, Heart & circulation, Skin clinical trials.

This study looks at blood flow in a layer of the eye called the choriocapillaris in people with pseudoxanthoma elasticum (PXE). It compares these findings with healthy volunteers to understand eye changes before they become severe.
