Who can take part
- Your child must be between 3 and 17 years old
- Your child must be on dialysis (hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration, or peritoneal dialysis)
- Your child's doctor has decided to start cinacalcet based on current guidelines
- Your child's heart rhythm test (ECG) must show a normal QTc interval
- Your child's blood calcium level must be above 2.40 mmol/L
- Your child's hemoglobin level must be above 8 g/dL
- Your child must not have taken cinacalcet in the last 3 months before joining the study
