Spyral Insight study for hard-to-treat high blood pressure

Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 70 years old.
  • Your blood pressure in the doctor's office is at least 150 (top number) and 90 (bottom number), but not above 179 (top number).
  • You take 1, 2, or 3 blood pressure medicines but still have high blood pressure when checked over 24 hours (average top number 135 or higher).
  • You have not had a kidney artery procedure (renal denervation) before.
  • Your kidneys work well (eGFR result of 60 or more), and you do not take medicines like Ozempic or Jardiance.
  • You are not pregnant, nursing, or planning pregnancy during the study.
