Primary IgA Nephropathy

Part of Immune system & allergy, Kidney & urinary, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This phase 3 trial tests an experimental drug (HRS-5965) for people with IgA nephropathy (a kidney disease). It aims to find out if the drug can help reduce protein in the urine and protect kidney function. To join, you must have had a kidney biopsy showing IgA nephropathy within the past 8 years and have significant protein in your urine despite taking standard treatments.
