Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with IgA nephropathy by a kidney biopsy within the last 8 years.
- You have significant protein in your urine (at least 1 gram per day or a protein-to-creatinine ratio of 0.8 g/g).
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is at least 30 mL/min/1.73m2.
- You are on a stable dose of a standard blood pressure medication (RAS blocker) for at least 12 weeks before starting the trial.
- You are willing to use effective contraception if you or your partner could become pregnant.
- You weigh at least 35 kg and your body mass index (BMI) is less than 37.5.
